Finishing Technician at ABR Employment Services

We're hiring for Finishing Technicians on 1st shift in Sparta for our premier client and employer! You'll work in a clean, well-lit environment. The role offers opportunity for advancement, growth, and cross training. 

Schedule: 5:00a.m. to 3:30p.m. Monday through Thursday
Starting Pay:$18.00 per hour

Finishing Technicians Responsibilities

• Powder coating
• Bead blasting
• Dipping
• Hanging parts
• Primary responsibility is to bead-blasting or rework parts
• Loading/Unloading parts onto racks and hanging lines
• May work in powder booth for a couple hours a day

Finishing Technician qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior operating/manufacturing experience is preferred
• Must be dependable & punctual
• High attention to detail
• Basic mechanical and math skills 
• Team player, willingness to learn/help out in other areas
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
