Job Description
ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO A $22.5K SIGNING BONUS. Talk to your recruiter for details. As a Parachute Rigger, you’ll ensure the safety of every paratrooper you work with by inspecting, testing, and packing parachutes and their associated systems. You’ll be responsible for the safety and repair of all parachute equipment before, during, and after an airdrop operation. Your duties also include assembling rigging components and securing supplies in the aircraft. Requirements U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder Age: 17–34 years High School Diploma or GED Must meet tattoo guidelines No major law violations No significant medical concerns Training & Certifications 5 Nationally Recognized Certifications Available 10 weeks of Basic Training 12 weeks of Advanced Individual Training 78 ASVAB Score: General Maintenance (GM) 77 ASVAB Score: Combat (CO) Skills You'll Learn Rigging Supplies Testing & Inspection Maintenance & Repairs
