An educational support professional is needed to assist classroom teachers by providing instructional and behavioral support for students. This role is essential in fostering a positive learning environment and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Employment Type: Contract (School Setting)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with instructional tasks and classroom management
• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Help maintain student engagement and positive behavior during lessons
• Prepare learning materials and support classroom organization
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teachers
• Follow school policies and contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide supportive and patient assistance to students with varying needs
• Familiarity with basic instructional techniques
• Dependable with a flexible approach to scheduling
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff

Hours and Scheduling:
This contract position offers flexible shifts based on the schools needs. Hours are not guaranteed and shifts will be offered on an as-needed basis according to school needs.
