Position: Part-Time Front Office Professional

What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients with a smile, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently
- Verify patient information and insurance details accurately
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Collaborate effectively with medical staff and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing phone calls
What You’ll Need:
- Exceptional customer-service mindset (experience in this area helps too!)
- Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) & English
- Call Center experience is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and desire to collaborate with others
- Flexibility; every day is a little different in our practice, and we do our best to stay flexible and adapt to changes as they come
