Job Title: Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator (Temporary)
Location: Carlsbad, CA

Position Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our client’s team in Carlsbad through the end of the year. This is a temporary, on-site position working Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and able to create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments or meetings, maintaining office supplies, and providing general administrative support to various departments as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence

  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations

  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

  • Assist with special projects and other clerical duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude


Working Hours:

  • Part-time

  • Onsite

  • Tuesday-Thursday

  • 8:00am – 5:00pm PST


Position Details:

  • Location: Carlsbad, San Diego

  • Contract

  • Compensation: $22.00- $25.00 per hour DOE
