Day and evening positions are available on Wharton, Richmond, Bay City, and Off Campus Locations.
The permanent responsibility of a faculty member is to provide the most effective instruction possible in his/her discipline. Supervision is received from appropriate supervisor. Requirements
This position requires a Paramedic Certificate, an Associate's Degree (in any discipline), 36 months of work experience, an unencumbered Texas Paramedic License or Texas Paramedic Certification, and a current Texas Instructor Certification for EMS. A criminal background check is required.
To be considered for this position, all qualified applicants must attach to their online application the following documents:
1) Resume or Curriculum Vitae outlining work and/or teaching experience in the EMS and/or healthcare field
2) Copies of college/university transcript(s) reflecting, at a minimum, the paramedic certificate and associate degree awarded (associate degree in EMS or any discipline)
3) Copy of unencumbered TX paramedic license or TX paramedic certification
4) Copy of current TX instructor certification for EMS
