About the Role:

The Parts Manager at Harley Davidson plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the parts department, which is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the service department. This position is responsible for overseeing inventory management, ensuring that the right parts are available at the right time to meet customer demands. The Parts Manager will also develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase parts sales and profitability.
  • Train and mentor parts department staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure parts availability for repairs and maintenance.
