We are seeking a candidate to lead and train Instrument Operators and Surveyor Assistants while directing the survey field crew. The successful applicant will work outdoors in all weather conditions and at elevations, collecting survey data and performing layouts per Bechtel Surveying Procedures. You will operate survey instruments, mark measurement points, stake and grade for excavation, and compile notes and sketches.

The role includes reviewing design drawings, checking calculations, and assisting in establishing horizontal and vertical control. Additional duties involve transporting materials, performing minor tool maintenance, and supporting installation activities. You must communicate effectively with Field Engineers and Supervisors, adapt to changing conditions, and adhere to all safety procedures.
