Desired qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Pasta Prep Cook / Line Cook, preferably in a Italian-inspired restaurant
- Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry
- Experience in fresh dough preparation preferred
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards
- Punctual, hard-working, and dependable
