We are growing our team and seeking a passionate pastry cook who embodies the spirit of hospitality, excellence, and care.

Who You Are:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of pastry cook experience.
  • You are passionate about cooking and proud to represent a high-end brand.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • You are collaborative, dependable, and bring a team-first mindset.
  • You handle multiple priorities with grace, professionalism, and efficiency.

Your Role:

  • Prepare pastries and other menu items with precision, following set recipes and standards.
  • Prepare and serve daily family meal for the team.
  • Help with daily kitchen operations, including organization, cleaning schedules, and inventory.
  • Support special events, catering, and promotional activities as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and DOH-compliant kitchen environment.
  • Manage ingredients and supplies responsibly, minimizing waste and controlling costs.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive, respectful, and hospitality-driven workplace.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and assist with community and marketing efforts.
  • Stay flexible and proactive as responsibilities shift with the brand’s growth.

Compensation:

  • Starting Hourly Rate: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience and skills
  • Training Rate: $16.50 per hour during the training period (approximately 1 week).
