Borgo, a celebrated Mediterranean trattoria from The Marlow Collective, is seeking a Pastry Cook. We are looking for candidates with open availability for a full time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Working service along with the kitchen team.
Pastry prep for dinner service (producing cakes, ice creams, tarts, and specialty desserts)
Good, basic knife skills
General kitchen knowledge and capacity to work in an efficient and organized manner

Successful candidates will:

Have 1 year of progressive kitchen or hospitality experience and a commitment to deepening that knowledge base
Be oriented towards detail, care, and collaboration
Be reliable, focused, organized, communicative, and curious
Be able to self-manage as well as be managed
