The Role: LATE NIGHT or EARLY MORNING Pastry Cook
Grand Brasserie is seeking dynamic and experienced pastry cooks to join our team. You will work under the Pastry Chef, Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine to execute service and prepare desserts to the specifications and standards of the establishment. Candidates should have open availability and be available to open at 5am or work late night service starting at 6pm, and prep. Grand Brasserie is a 365 7 days a week restaurant open until 2am. 
Responsibilities & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, high volume capability is crucial.
 
- Bakery experience with Bread and Croissant knowledge valued.
 
- Maintain a clean work station. "clean as you go"
 
- Knowledge of and compliance with all NY Health & Safety standards, company policies/ procedures/standards as they relate to their department.
 - Work under high volume pressure.
 - Line cook experience is a plus
 
Hourly ($19-$24 an hour)
