Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pastry Prep Cook to join our morning team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, precision, and a love for pastry fundamentals. The position involves early morning production and prep for service, assisting with components for plated desserts, bread service, and specialty items.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily pastry prep according to recipes and production lists

• Scale, mix, and bake pastries, breads, and other components with consistency and accuracy

• Maintain clean and organized workstations, following all food safety and sanitation standards

• Support the pastry team in executing service elements and special events

• Assist with receiving, labeling, and proper storage of ingredients

• Communicate effectively with BOH leadership and team members

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ year of pastry or bakery experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

• Comfortable with early morning hours and standing for extended periods

• Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn

Schedule & Compensation:

• A.M. shifts
