Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of pastry production and execution, and assist in menu design .
Collaborate closely with Executive Chef Ronny Emborg to develop and refine innovative, premium-quality desserts.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the pastry team, fostering skill development and creativity.
Ensure consistency, organization, and cleanliness in all pastry operations.
Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Expertise in a wide range of pastry techniques, including chocolate work, sugar work, and bread.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of restaurant operations and a commitment to excellence.
Open availability and flexibility required.
