Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Patent Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on patent law, assisting clients in the protection of their intellectual property rights, and representing them in patent-related matters. This role is crucial in helping to innovate and safeguard our clients' inventions and ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and file patent applications on behalf of clients
  • Conduct patentability assessments and freedom-to-operate analyses
  • Represent clients in patent prosecution before governmental patent offices
  • Advise clients on patent law and intellectual property strategy
  • Conduct patent litigation and resolve disputes related to patent rights
  • Stay updated on changes in patent law and industry trends
  • Assist in developing and implementing IP management strategies for clients
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Strong understanding of patent law and intellectual property rights
  • Experience in patent prosecution and litigation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
