The Patient Account Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience during check-in and check-out.

What We Require For This Role:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical reception, registration, billing or patient support.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and medical practice management software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPPA.
• Reliable transportation.
• Currently vaccinated or willingness to be vaccinated against the flu and Hepatitis B.
• Ability to pass a criminal history background check.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
