The Patient Account Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience during check-in and check-out.

What We Require For This Role:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical reception, registration, billing or patient support.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and medical practice management software.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPPA.
- Reliable transportation.
- Currently vaccinated or willingness to be vaccinated against the flu and Hepatitis B.
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
