The Role

Join our mission-driven team as a Patient Recruitment Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in connecting eligible patients with potentially life-changing clinical trials. Working remotely, you'll use your communication skills and relationship-building expertise to reach out to prospective participants, educate them about research opportunities, and guide them through the initial screening process.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to potential clinical trial participants using provided contact lists
• Explain clinical trial opportunities in clear, accessible language while following regulatory guidelines
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess participant eligibility
• Follow up with interested candidates and facilitate next steps
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and outcomes
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure seamless patient handoff and enrollment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare-related outbound calling
• Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable discussing medical topics and research concepts with diverse populations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish mandatory
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or database systems
