Patient Registration
Dentistry
$18.37-$23.00 per hour
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
Columbus, Ohio (onsite near tOSU Campus)
Contract Through December 3rd

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary public contact, supporting both patient care and student experience
- Patient check-in and out and appointment scheduling
- Manage calls and voicemails
- Insurance billing and cashier duties
- Maintain clinic appearance and assisting customers
- Physical tasks: pushing or pulling supply carts, bending or stretching, standing and walking
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in customer service or communications, including:
- Information analysis and interpretation
- Computer and peripheral equipment operation
- Research and data analysis
- 4-6 years scheduling patient appointments in medical/dental settings
- Proficient in EHR systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Skilled in patient correspondence and data accuracy
- Self-motivated and independent decision-maker
- Open to process improvement and team collaboration
- High emotional intelligence and relationship-building with diverse populations
