Responsibilities:

• Meet homeowners onsite; consult, measure, and design new installs (driveways/patios/pool decks $20k-$150k+).
• Present options (paver, marble, travertine), estimate professionally, and close.
• Manage pipeline and follow-ups; keep notes, photos, and measurements organized in CompanyCam and LMN.
• Partner with the project team for handoff and client experience.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 or more years of sales experience in hardscape, pool, exterior remodeling, or related (industry knowledge highly preferred).
• Proven in-home consultative selling and consistent closing.
• Polished, personable, and comfortable with discerning clients.
• Strong ownership mindset; able to manage your calendar and pipeline.
• Proficiency with CompanyCam (for photos/measurements) and LMN (CRM/scheduling). Training provided.
• Reliable personal transportation for appointments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Employment Type: Full-time, W-2 employee
• We can structure highly competitive base salary + commission, or transition toward higher commission as performance ramps.
• Current structure targets $100,000+ total earnings for strong performers; top tier can exceed this.
• Leads provided (Google Ads + inbound); additional self-generated business welcomed and rewarded.
