Accounting Office Assistant
We are looking for a person with great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to help with day-to-day accounting and office duties in our busy accounting department.
- $19-$20/hour depending on level of experience and qualifications
- Pro-rated vacation & personal time
- 401k plan with match
- Part-time 25 hours/week - Monday-Friday 5 hours/day - mornings preferred
- Hybrid schedule may be available after an initial training period
Responsibilities:
- Data entry of vendor invoices
- Verify and enter data in our document imaging system
- Occasional phone/receptionist duties - possible additional hours as needed
- Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of office experience
- 10-key skills needed
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Friendly and helpful with the ability to work well in a team environment
