Allied National Services is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll operations and support key HR functions. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in Excel, QuickBooks, and ADP (RUN or Workforce) to contribute to a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll with accuracy and attention to detail

• Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions

• Maintain accurate payroll records and handle all payroll-related transactions

• Generate and analyze payroll reports for internal use and compliance

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies

• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues proactively

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, as well as company policies

• Support various HR functions as needed

• Stay informed about industry trends and payroll/HR best practices

• Perform other related payroll and HR duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, procedures, and applicable regulations

• Experience with ADP RUN or Workforce Now is required

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
