An expanding non-profit hospital is seeking an experienced Pediatric Hospitalist to join their established team of 9 physicians and to be their Medical Director. The Opportunity: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm shifts with an average of 12-15 shifts a month 10-15 patients per hospitalist team Protected time for Medical Directorship responsibilities Teaching and night shift differentials available if desired $300,000 Earning Potential - $250,000 Base Salary for 13 shifts with additional productivity bonuses, Medical Directorship stipend, and up to a $25,000 annual quality bonus $40,000 Recruitment Bonus - includes sign-on bonus and relocation Comprehensive Benefits Package including medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, malpractice insurance coverage, and CME time off and allowance The Community: Live year-round by the Gulf Coast without stretching your budget.
