Pediatric Physical Therapist at The Childrens Home of Pittsburgh Lemieux Family Center

The Children's Home of Pittsburgh is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive physical therapy to patients birth to age 21. The Physical Therapist will be involved in implementing treatment and education plans by evaluating the developmental needs of all pediatric patients in our inpatient and outpatient programs. FREE On-site parking Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program working with the pediatric population on the developmental needs of the patient. Early Intervention experience preferred. Three to five years of experience preferred. Maintains current Physical Therapy License in the State of Pennsylvania. Maintains current NBTE certification. Capacity to develop proficiency in the performance of various treatment protocols. Preferred experience in the evaluation of developmental abilities for patients in an inpatient setting. Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to effectively communicate and work with all staff including other therapists and members of the medical team. Experience in designing developmental treatment plans and feeding plans. Must have working knowledge of computers to complete documentation electronically and in a timely manner.
