PEMB Estimator at Alleare Consulting, LLC

We have an immediate and exciting new job opening for an Estimator (PEMB) to join our rapidly growing client’s team and work on-site at either of their offices located in Celina, Texas or Houston, Texas. We are seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive bids for commercial and industrial PEMB projects. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of experience in PEMB or steel estimating, proficiency with Bluebeam or PlanSwift, and strong analytical and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for PEMB projects across commercial, industrial, and flex-industrial markets. This role requires a deep understanding of PEMB systems, steel erection, and construction workflows. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to balance multiple bids in a fast-paced environment while supporting our mission to deliver exceptional quality and value to our clients.
