Daily Responsibilities: Menu planning and development Preparing American and Middle Eastern cuisine Ensuring food quality and presentation Creating sauces from scratch Conducting grocery shopping and inventory management Preparing desserts, soups, salads, and breakfast items Adhering to dietary restrictions and special requests Maintaining a well-stocked pantry Handling food safely and following sanitation guidelines Engaging in baking and food preparation techniques Required Skills: Experience in fine dining or upscale culinary establishments Proficiency in menu planning and development Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols Ability to create delicious sauces from scratch Strong skills in grocery shopping and meal preparation Nice to Have Skills: Experience in menu development Knowledge of salad and dessert making Expertise in soup making and baking Previous experience in handling dietary restrictions Ability to plan and prepare meals efficiently Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $20,000 to $65,000, based on experience and qualifications.
