Job Description
Our growing law firm, one of the largest personal injury law firms in New Jersey and an official New York Giants partner, is seeking an experienced Bilingual Paralegal fluent in Spanish and English to join our Freehold, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury plaintiff work and the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with Spanish-speaking clients.

Compensation:$80,000 yearly potential
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage all aspects of personal injury cases from inception to resolution, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and insurance companies to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough research and gather evidence to support case strategies, ensuring we build the strongest possible case for clients.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible and accurately reflects the current status of each case.
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and coordinating logistics for court appearances.
- Experience in personal injury law, with a focus on plaintiff work, is essential to navigate the complexities of each case.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear and compassionate interactions with our diverse client base.
- Proven track record of managing multiple cases simultaneously, from inception to resolution, while maintaining high standards of client service.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain meticulous case files and ensure all documentation is current and accessible.
- Ability to draft and file legal documents with precision, ensuring all pleadings, motions, and discovery requests are accurate and timely.
- Experience in conducting thorough legal research and gathering evidence to support case strategies, contributing to successful outcomes.
