Pay: $150,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients NYC office.
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have 3+ years of personal injury experience and be an active member of the New York Bar.

Job Description
- Handle serious and catastrophic personal injury cases from initial filing through verdict
- Screen potential litigation clients and interview clients and witnesses
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and prepare for mediations
- Negotiate with insurance companies to maximize client outcomes
- Depose witnesses and prepare clients for depositions
- Provide counsel and representation throughout trial
- Supervise legal teams to ensure attorneys focus on high-level case strategy
- Collaborate with supervising attorneys to ensure efficient, high-quality case handling
- Maintain exceptional client service and communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of personal injury experience (required)
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active New York Bar license
- Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to evaluate claims effectively
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines
- Commitment to professionalism and client advocacy
