Attorneys will manage their own docket, which consists of all manners of employment injuries. The candidates will work under the supervision of a partner and be expected to manage all aspects of litigation, including investigation, client contact, motion practice, discovery, trial and pre/post-trial work, and management of a dedicated paralegal.Proven hearing/trial industrial commission experience, a desire to continue to learn and improve their skills, an absolute ability to work as a team member and a motivated self-starting leader who can research and communicate well, are desired.
