Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Job Summary:
We are a personal injury law firm, located in Beverly Hills, that handles a broad range of personal injury cases, government claims, construction accidents, and product liability. We are seeking a Trial Attorney to represent clients across these areas on cases from prelitigation through trial. This role involves managing a caseload of pre-litigation and litigation matters, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and taking cases to trial when necessary. The ideal candidate is an experienced litigator with a passion for advocating for clients facing significant injuries and loss.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including case investigation and evaluation of facts and liability, client communication, pleadings, preparing discovery, depositions, and motions.
Prepare for and conduct trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
Develop case strategies and ensure cases move efficiently through litigation.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Supervise legal support staff, including paralegals and legal assistants, and be able to work in a team environment.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
Stay up to date with changes in personal injury law and relevant legal precedents.
Requirements:
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
Minimum of three years of experience handling personal injury cases. Trial experience preferred (first-chair or second-chair).
Strong knowledge of civil procedure, tort law, and courtroom litigation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, be able to work independently and with supervising attorney.
Compensation and Benefits:
$150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year plus percent of fees
