Compensation: $50,000–$57,000 base + benefits

A well-established independent insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its close-knit, client-centered team. - Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years personal-lines account management or CSR experience (more preferred).
- Active OH P&C License

- Mindset: Solutions-focused, proactive, and able to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with Hawksoft a plus, but not required—training provided.
- Base salary $50,000–$57,000
