Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to provide excellent personalized service and address inquiries regarding personal lines insurance offerings.

Claims Assistance: Assist clients with policy claims and facilitate the claims process to ensure efficient and effective resolution.

Policy Management: Oversee policy renewals and ensure accurate customer profiles and policy information in the system.

Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant teams and offering solutions to meet customer needs and expectations.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.

Product Knowledge: Continuously update knowledge on insurance products, policies, terms, and changes in industry standards to provide accurate information to clients.

Flexibility: Will work in-house with the ability to work remotely as the need arises, such as inclement weather, unexpected family emergencies, power outages, etc.


Requirements

Licensing: Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance customer service is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.

Customer-Oriented: A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service with a positive attitude.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with agency management software and other industry-related tools preferred.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing environments and work both independently as needed and within a team setting.
