We are looking for motivated, customer service-oriented technicians to join our team immediately. We are looking for people who love working as a team yet can work independently while completing high standards of service, loyalty to our customers, and the desire to learn continuously. Unlike the typical corporate environment, Bug Depot is a family atmosphere supporting each other every day.\rYou are responsible for completing your daily route, paperwork, providing peace of mind & first rate customer service to your customers, retaining and growing your customer base, and attending company meetings. As a member of the Bug Depot Team, you are the face that represents us all. \r\rOur daily goal is to Under Promise and Overdeliver exceptional service to all our customers.\r\rPrior pest control experience is NOT required. Experience preferred but not needed we are willing to train the right individual\r\rRequirements\r•Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. \r•Have a clean MVR, drug screen, and background checks\r•Stable work History\r•Good Communication Skills\r•Professional Appearance\rResponsibilities\r\r•Technicians are responsible for Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships\r•Completion of a Monthly Pest Control Route\r•Communicating with the Office and Customers\r•Quoting and Selling Services\r•Conducting Inspections, Monitoring Pest Problems, and Establishing Best Treatment Options\r•Updating Customer Accounts, changes in emails, Cell numbers, etc.\r\rBenefits\r•5 Day Workweek Monday – Friday.
