Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical manufacturing Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, FDA, and OSHA standards. Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor and report on key production metrics, ensuring targets for quality, efficiency, and safety are met. Manage inventory control, raw material usage, and production scheduling. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues. Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to ERP systems for batch records and inventory tracking. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements. Proficient in ERP systems and production documentation. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
