As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team, partner with clinic providers, and deliver personalized care that improves outcomes for those who need it most. This is your opportunity to combine leadership, clinical expertise, and compassion in a role that truly impacts lives.
📍 Location: 13045 Falcon Dr, Baxter, MN
🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or holidays)
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Build strong relationships with consumers, clinic partners, and community stakeholders
- Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and treatment plans
- Provide wellness services such as immunizations and preventive care
- Drive financial performance and growth while coaching and developing your team
- Promote a culture of compassion and excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current Minnesota pharmacist license
- Certified immunizer (or willing to become one within 3 months)
- Leadership experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $110,200 – $188,800 annually (based on full-time employment and factors such as experience, education, and certifications). Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
