Monitor financial performance and ensure efficient resource utilization. Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Education and Work Experience: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy - Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience - Required Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) Minimum of 5 years' pharmacy experience - Preferred Minimum of 1 year of leadership or management experience - Preferred Licenses/Certifications: Active Pharmacist License in the state of practice - Required
