Physical Therapy Receptionist at Orthopaedic Specialty Institute Medical Group of Orange County

This role will involve providing support to our physical therapy team with front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and passionate about assisting patients on their journey to recovery.

• Greetpatientsandvisitorsinafriendlyandprofessionalmanner,providingassistanceand information as needed.
• Performadministrativetaskssuchasschedulingappointments,answeringphonecalls,and checking patients in/out.
• Verifypatientinsurancecoverageandeligibility,collectcopayments,andassistwithinsurance billing as necessary.
• Maintainpatientrecordsandensureaccuracyandconfidentialityinrecord-
• Communicateeffectivelywithpatients,families,andotherhealthcareproviderstofacilitatea positive patient experience.
• Assistwithmaintainingcleanlinessandorganizationoftheclinic,includingstockingsuppliesand tidying common areas.

• Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired;additionaleducationorcertificationinhealthcare or physical therapy is a plus.
• Previousexperienceinahealthcareorcustomerservicerole

• Basicknowledgeofanatomyandphysiology,aswellascommonphysicaltherapymodalitiesand
