We are adding two Family Medicine Physicians to the team! We are located in the heart of the city of Virginia Beach. Close to I-64 and I-264, Mount Trashmore and Town Center - 15 minutes from the beach! Restaurants, grocery stores, apparel stores, gas stations - many amenities surrounding the practice. Bon Secours Mercy Health is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 health system - Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program! 4 MD's in the practice - 2 experienced/2 early career - Team prefers to add a physician with 3+ years of outpatient practice experience but new grads are welcome! 100% outpatient practice - no hospital responsibility Full Time 36 clinical/4 admin hours per week M-F - 7a-4p - includes lunch break Call Rotation is 1:10 - shared in rotation with another FM practice Our providers see 20-22 patient per day average - after ramp up period New provider will absorb patient panel and also establish their own EPIC EMR - telehealth/e-visits through MyChart X-Ray on site. PharmD and Chronic Case Mgmt assistance are available virtually Basic in-office procedures - POC, EKG, suture removals, skin tag removal, I excellent organizational ability to manage change; respectful of patients
