Physician, Hair Restoration (Surgical & Aesthetic Focus) at Natural Transplants

If your background includes *general surgery, aesthetics, cosmetics, or hair transplantation* and you pride yourself on *strong suturing skills*, this role is for you. You'll be instrumental in helping patients achieve life-changing results on our growing team. Outstanding candidates will receive *comprehensive FUT/FUE hair transplant training.**Responsibilities** *Guide patients* through the entire hair restoration process, from initial assessment and creating a personalized design/treatment plan to managing their successful recovery.* Conduct thorough consultations, assess hair loss patterns, and develop detailed treatment strategies for *FUT and FUE procedures.** *Lead and mentor* the clinical technician team, ensuring high standards of care and procedural excellence.* Act as the primary medical resource for patients, handling inquiries and prescribing appropriate post-operative medications.* Maintain *meticulous, detailed, and compliant patient documentation.**Qualifications** *MD or DO degree* and an active, unrestricted medical license.* *Highly proficient suturing skills* are required.* Professional experience in a related field: *Cosmetics, Aesthetics, General Surgery, or Hair Transplants.** A keen *eye for natural aesthetics and design.** Exceptional ability to communicate, build rapport with patients, and lead a clinical team effectively.* Proven commitment to *detail and clinical excellence.*Job Type: Full-timeProjected Total Compensation: From $275,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Health insuranceWork Location: In person
