Position SummaryWe are hiring a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef / Pizzaiolo who specializes in hand-crafted, high-quality pizzas. This is a salaried position (no tips), ideal for a professional looking for consistency, growth, and a serious kitchen environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook pizzas to order using traditional techniques
Stretch and shape dough by hand, ensuring consistency and texture
Monitor fermentation and dough hydration daily
Operate and maintain pizza oven (gas or wood-fired)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of station
Ensure all food safety and health code standards are met
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team
Minimum 3 years of pizza-making experience
Strong knowledge of dough making and fermentation
Experience with high-heat ovens (gas)
Ability to multitask in a high-volume kitchen
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Passion for Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
