Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is actively seeking a skilled Plaintiff Litigation Attorney for a well-established and highly respected law firm based in the Miami (Dadeland) area.

This is an exceptional opportunity for career advancement, with a clear track toward partnership for the right candidate. The ideal attorney will have 5 + years of litigation experience, with first-chair trial experience and a strong track record of handling complex plaintiff-side matters.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full caseload of plaintiff litigation matters from intake through trial and resolution

  • Serve as first-chair on trials, depositions, mediations, and hearings

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with precision and strategic insight

  • Supervise support staff and collaborate closely with clients and co-counsel

  • Conduct legal research, manage discovery, and develop litigation strategies

  • Represent clients in state and federal courts throughout the Southeast U.S.

  • Travel as needed to attend depositions, hearings, and trials


Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida; admission to other Southeastern states is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in plaintiff-side litigation with a focus on personal injury, product liability, or related fields

  • Proven first-chair trial experience required

  • Exceptional writing, communication, and courtroom advocacy skills

  • Strong ability to manage complex cases and maintain client relationships

  • Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast as needed

  • Traveling involved
