Planner & Service Coordinator
Wages $28.00–$33.00 per hour + Great Benefits

* * Must have Service Industry experience (lifts, cranes, elevators, HVAC) as you will also be over planning and dispatching Field Techs. * *
In this as Planner & Service Coordinator role, you’ll be the hub of communication—connecting with management, customers, and technicians via email and phone. Your day will be filled with scheduling activities, dispatching field service technicians, and ensuring everything stays on track.
What You’ll Do as the Planner & Service Coordinator:
- Plan and coordinate daily schedules for field service personnel
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Use your tech skills to manage planning, scheduling, and routing software
- Collaborate with other coordinators to optimize labor and resources
- Work with technicians to source parts and expedite deliveries
- Keep major customers updated with service call tracking and progress reports.
What We’re Looking For in a Planner & Service Coordinator:
- A BS in Engineering
- At least 3 years of planning or coordinating experience in the maintenance service industry
- Service industry experience must include lifts, cranes, elevators, HVAC
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and ready to take initiative
