Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial plant performance and develop measures for plant cost optimization. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare plant related budgeting/planning processes, monitor progress to agreed finanical budgets and analyze financial deviations on plant level.
- Monitor and analyze financial plant performance indicators to identify trends and variances.
- Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance plant efficiency.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for plant management review.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making in plants.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational plant performance.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial plans for the plant
Your Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in controlling.
- Experience Developing and implementing cost control measures.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and maintain confidentiality
- Must possess very well-developed problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills and has demonstrated the ability to be self-directed and effectively relate to all levels of an organization
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel (especially Word and Excel)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
