This is a hands-on, onsite role at a mid-sized manufacturing plant, with opportunities for growth into higher leadership positions. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of progressive, stable experience in paper and film operations Demonstrated track record of professional stability and advancement Strong technical knowledge in engineering and maintenance, including: Mechanical systems and equipment troubleshooting Electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry PLC programming and operation Servo-drive systems and motor controls Industrial automation and process control College degree preferred but not required Position is onsite — candidates must be willing to relocate if not already located nearby Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
