Job Description
We are seeking a Plumbing Service Technician with 2+ years of residential service experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong multitasker, and have excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on residential plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, and other related equipment.
- Provide maintenance services and system inspections for existing plumbing systems.
- Identify and communicate plumbing issues clearly to customers and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure the safety of yourself, your crew, company vehicles, equipment, and customer properties.
- Complete service calls independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work standards.
- Serve as a company representative, upholding all policies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and parts used.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of residential plumbing service experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
