Southern Mechanical- Plumbing Superintendent (MULTI-FAMILY) 

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to oversee operations for multi-family projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while effectively solving problems as they arise.

PAY RANGE: $38.46 - $52.88 Depending on Experience

    SHIFT:

    • 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
    • Overtime and weekends as needed

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plumbing Superintendent
    • In-depth knowledge of plumbing/building codes and regulations
    • Proficient with project management software (e.g., Procore, Raken)
    • Experience with total station, undergrounds, sleeve layout, and top-out processes
    • Proven ability to manage subcontracted plumbing labor effectively
    • Basic computer skills; familiarity with web-based reporting and material tracking
    • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
    • Valid Driver's License
    • OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment)
      
      

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supervise and direct subcontracted plumbing labor.
    • Ensure accuracy in measurements for underground rough-ins.
    • Complete daily web-based reports and timekeeping.
    • Track and manage materials on-site for installation.
    • Forecast material orders and deliveries 2-3 weeks in advance.
    • Conduct weekly/daily job site meetings.
    • Facilitate web-based safety meetings and toolbox talks.
