Qualifications:

2+ years of kitchen experience in a culinary driven or fine dining restaurant
The ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturday and Sunday PM shifts
Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant
Dedicated, ambitious, and excited to work with a team who is constantly striving to do their best
