Job Requirements:

• Previous food and beverage experience as a busser, runner, or server assistant
• Must have the ability to read, speak, understand, follow written directions, and verbal instructions in English
• Commitment to service quality, excellence, and hospitality
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to polish silverware, detailing all forks, knives, spoons & steak knives
• An appreciation of food & beverage
• Maintain personal hygiene, well groomed and polished appearance
• Sense of urgency
• Organization skills
• Maintain a clean work environment, and complete daily side work tasks
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
