Post-Judicial Clerkship Opportunities – Litigation
Location: Multiple – Atlanta, GA; Hartford, CT; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; Minneapolis, MN; Florham Park, NJ; New York, NY; Orlando, FL; Tallahassee, FL; Tampa, FL; Washington, DC; West Palm Beach, FL
Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Available (preferred onsite, 3-day flex)
Salary Range: $145,000 – $180,000 base (depending on law school graduation year and location)
Billable Expectation: 1950 hours (includes 50 pro bono credit)
Bonus Structure: 2050 hours = 5% of base; 2150 hours = 10% of base

Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking attorneys completing judicial clerkships who are interested in transitioning into private practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals ready to leverage their judicial experience in a nationally recognized litigation practice known for its excellence in class action defense, complex trial work, white-collar representation, and appellate advocacy.

What You’ll Do
● Join a top-ranked litigation team with a national platform
● Handle a wide range of matters, including class actions, white-collar investigations, and appeals
● Draft briefs, motions, and discovery; participate in client strategy and case management
● Work directly with partners and clients on complex, high-stakes litigation
● Contribute to a collegial and high-energy firm culture committed to mentorship and professional growth

● Judicial clerkship experience (current or recently completed)
