As an Powersports Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Off Road vehicles. You must be comfortable using the dealerships computer software and have knowledge of systems.

We are looking for an Powersports/Marine Technician to join our successful dealership service center.
As an Powersports Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Off Road vehicles. You must be comfortable using the dealerships computer software and have knowledge of systems.

Responsibilities
- Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
- Repair Mechanical and Electrical issues ranging from minor or major repairs
- Assist with establishing service procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
- Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes and overall service.
- Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
- Troubleshoot marine related issues on boats and pontoons.
- Rig and Install outboard motors and related controls.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Take all required training/education courses and programs as required by OEM
- Complete all courses required for any any certification required by OEM
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
- Strong customer service and communications skills are required
- WILL PROVIDE ALL TRAINING FOR BOTH POWERSPORTS and MARINE.
