Pre-Litigation Attorney – Savannah, GA (Hybrid Remote)

Our client, a respected personal injury firm in Savannah, is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage a steady caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a client-focused, team-oriented environment and prefers meaningful casework over endless hours in the courtroom.

You’ll work closely with a dedicated support staff of case managers and paralegals to deliver outstanding client results — all while enjoying the flexibility of a mostly remote schedule. As the firm continues to grow, there’s potential for this role to evolve into something greater for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new cases, assess liability, and develop strategies to maximize recovery.
• Gather and analyze evidence, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout the process.
• Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to achieve fair settlements.
• Draft demand letters, settlement proposals, and other correspondence related to pre-litigation work.
• Coordinate with case managers and attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and files are complete.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active Georgia Bar membership.
• 2+ years of experience handling personal injury or related claims preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• A self-starter who values flexibility, teamwork, and client care.
